I've heard a lot of thhis .cfg mentions, but when I opened the folder there was none!

Am I supposed to make the file myself? Can anyone gave me a short instructions?

Make a notepad file in the and save it as "autoexec.cfg".

...or did you want instructions on setting up the file? In which case you're gonna have to explain what exactly you're looking for.
