Is there any possibility to send a guide to other persons before i make it official?
Because I have the feeling like i could use some tips from nice persons with experience.

Yes, when I did mine I think I send it, just be linking the URL of it opened, to other people. They can see it, although it still not appears in Dota Fire searches and top front page. I might be wrong though, but give it a try.

You can always just post or PM people certain sections of the guide. If it's general formatting and the like, one section should be enough.
