Probably still a bit OP...but I like the idea. Alch's late game is already pretty bad, this could make it suck less.

I didn't say clear the stacks early, I just said be able to clear them. Because even if you nerf stacks (Which hurts more than just the AOE farming mids), it doesn't fix the fact that OD will just get out-farmed by his laning opponent because they can flash farm creep waves and jungle camps, and he can't. And if he gets out-farmed, it defeats the point of him winning his lane, which is even an iffy thing nowadays.

I'm fine with making it scaling splash damage, so like 0/5/10/15% damage or something like that, but I think he needs it so that he doesn't get out-farmed outside of the laning stage, and thus fall behind on a hero who has too stay ahead despite succeeding in lane.
