Sorcerer or mage? what is the difference?

Or, just do a dual dagger poisonmancer.

Restrictions :
- the weapon should always have a poison for you to deal the killing blow (even frostbite venom's okay)
- no magic allowed except alteration (resto allowed if you plan on using a mod with disease as a part of resto but no healing)
- no ranged weaponry
- only clothing

EDIT: Don't follow the first restriction. It becomes pretty boring if you do.

Sorcerer does alchemy and enchanting and stuff like that

Mage specializes in spells only

Kajiht or Bosmer with Stealth too strong imo. So much pickpocketing. All the items. Once i had sneak leveled so high, All i had to do was crouch and nobody could see me. It was great.
