Do you guys think a weaver guide could come up soon? I recently started liking weaver alot and feel he could have the potential to be a really hard hitting carry in the lategame, and can really wreck enemies in the early game with just a medallion, RoA and boots.

Thats another gripe i have, there are no weaver guides here with medallion, its such a powerful item on weaver. With a dazzle, he can really cause chaos in teamfights and he isn't easy to lockdown either, at any point of the game.

In this meta, i've played a couple of weaver games and i feel weaver deals quite well with the deathball strat since its very hard to die even to a 5man gank, and weaver is a powerful pusher in his own right, and can cause enemies to fall back to defend tgeir towers if left alone too long, though he isn't a dedicated pusher. He is an ok teamfighter too, and can deal a constant stream of damage without being caught. Weacer Weaver is a very good example of a jack of all trades hero, he doesn't do one thing especially well, but does everything decently.

Do you think a weaver guide could be coming up? Or that weaver is legit in this meta?

Why not just take the old guide from Sando?
I know right. It says it is outdated but most of it is still relevant and you can use it without doubting the content.

Yeah, but i would like to see a new guide looking at some new friends and foes, as well as a section looking at new ways to itemise, especially with the new items.

I Understand though your point , that gameplay wise weaver is still pretty much the same.

Only change from the patch is that Aghanim's Scepter is now situational on offlane Weaver so that you can save your teammates' ***. Aghs Weaver is really, really strong with the right teammates - besides the stats from Aghs are good on Weaver who needs HP pool and mana pool anyways.

Other than that...just because one patch comes out doesn't mean that guides should be changed in any way really. Other than Aghs...everything's the same as it was 2 years ago :)

The new items make no sense on Weaver whatsoever. The "least bad" would be Lotus Orb because of the dispel (removes silence on yourself)...but it's still not as good as a diffusal or linkens.
Well besides Solar Crest of course.

This guide is my favorite on Weaver and the main build is medallion + deso.
Strategy guide : Anti-pubstomper guide.
Hero guides : Spectre , Windranger and Clinkz

I wouldn't mind making a Weaver guide after testing some of the new items out a little more. I've played the hero a lot and have a good winrate, so we'll see.
