If I submit a cosmetic item to the cash shop and they accept it, do I get any money if people buying it? If so how much do I get?

Yes, I don't know how much of a cut they take however.

Yeah I remember I've read it somewhere that you get some money but it didn't say how much. I'm planning to make some items since I did 3D stuff for a few years. But if I barely get anything I'm not even going to bother spending even a minute on it.

You receive 25% of sales* for any approved submissions. I can't say whether or not that's enough for you. If you do decide that this is a worthy endeavor, be sure to read this first: http://media.steampowered.com/apps/dota2/workshop/Dota2CharacterArtGuide.pdf
