2K is a bit too much for you young folks.

I have >4000 hrs of dota 2 across multiple scrub and smurf accounts.

My main account MMR is 500.

I dont fret. I play. I enjoy. So the biggest advice is play with friends. and when you feel ****py after a game DO NOT PLAY AGAIN.

WE CHASE THE WIN. WE DO NOT REALIZE THAT CHASING IT WILL MAKE US MORE MISERABLE UNLESS YOU GOT LIKE MINDED MEN ON OUR SIDE.

what is your last hit/ 10 mins? I can consistently get a 10 min battlefury on antimage. with boots if i get kills.
how do you qualify yourself as a good decision maker. Since I know almost all heroes I think that I am a good decision maker
If the game has gone wrong but team cooperated with you, how do you take the defeat? usually I don't lose if the team cooperates, otherwise they just outplayed us.
Do you communicate nicely? Yes. Never insult.

I think youre fine. You have a winrate of 64% ranked. Yes you will have to play many games but you will see after time that your MMR IS rising. About your problem with how do I make clear that Im better at XYX than you: It might be that your overall skill is better than the average of the people youre playing with but do you know them? If you cant say anything about your teammembers how should they KNOW that youre best suited for role XYX? in every game someone or more are claiming to be god at carry or mid. Those talking sounds a little bit boastful.

A good example was yesterdays Inhouse: I dont know where he comes from but someone called "moon" played Shadow Fiend twice. Nobody cant deny his skills ( claimed to be 5k or so) but he was arrogant as hell and played very very aggressive. His repetitive deaths cost him and his team good chances to win and he refused to realize that he made decision mistakes and blamed his team.

I dont think youre one of this kind but everybody know these types of players and are warned if someone claims something like you at your beginning post ( yeah i know it was good meant and you try to sound this way)
So be happy that you can win quit easily and if you cant play carries play impactfull supports and grant space for your team ;)

According to your dotobuff you have 30.75 cs/10minutes. It is still rising. For comparison it is higher than mine (28/10 ) but I think it comes from the huge amount of you playing carries (160 huskar games wtf?!? :D) but it depends of course on the role youre playing
