Tired of playing with retards USA EAST ONLY

I'm looking to party up with a group of 4-5. Currently my rating is 2900ish and I play mostly mid lane as invoker. People I wish to play with should be also around 2900 in rating and understand how to play each role and are flexible.

Yea I feel you, my MMR got butchered by about 600pts...two games managed to get a random pub to throw the game one way or another, one was a PA who bought a rapier than proceeded to solo dive a doom and pudge, and managed to drop the rapier, made doom pretty beastly. The other we had a pudge who was rampaging through the other team, and proceeded to sit in the fountain and let us 4v5, and we narrowly lost.
[RZA]Sulaxrox is my steam ID, I prefer solo offlane but play every hero/role depending on the game. I have a decent core group of friends between 3000-4200MMR look me up.
