Looking for Team/Clan

Hi at Steam im DarkCrusader, I got something about 360 hours spend at Dota2 and im from Middle Europe. Im kinda good and fast learning carry player, but I can play well even other roles even throught I play them...like a carry player. My most favourite carries are Anti-Mage, Faceless Void, Juggernaut, Bounty Hunter, Dragon Knight, Kunnka, Alchimist and Natures Prophet. Right now im able to do 15 min Battle Fury with my AM and Jug and Im pretty good at farming, jungling and late game carrying with these two.
Once I tried to create a Team with my friends, team was called SFG - Servants of the Forgotten Gods, and our plan was to get better and be profesional players one time, but they just werent capable of teamwork, one kept stealing my kills and even throught I told him not to do that, he never learned, other one had huge connection problems and disconnected from like evry game, other one uninstalled Dota2 after short time and the last one is a good teammate, he is not playing good but he understands.
So Im looking for some Team/Clan, I get better every day all I need is some group of intelligent people that know what teamwork means, have some fun at Dota2 ( I get really upset of people that dont even know what carry means, of 5 carries in team, of ks supports, you know... pubs) and maybe one time we could be this team of super pros gamers.
