[EU][RECRUITING] Tdg recruiting for new semi-professional Dota 2 Team

Hello everyone,

The-Dead-Generation is now opening recuitment for founding a new Dota 2 Team.

Our Profile:
The-Dead-Generation is a semi-professional eSports Multigaming Clan based in Germany. We consist for more than 3 years now and have established ourselves in the national Starcraft 2 scene.

Our Goals:
We want to build up a stable Dota 2 Team that is capable of competing in the semi-professional divisions of notable leagues like joinDota League and Starladder; and tournaments of comparable level.

Your Profile:
- You are at least 18 years old
- You are able to communicate in English on a professional level
- You are willing to be an active and communicative member of our community
- You have time for at least 1 - 2 scheduled weekly training sessions plus the current league/tournament matches (mostly on weekends)
- You are reliable and don't miss any of the appointments above without an important reason
- You are an experienced Dota 2 player with a high skill (no MMR limit here, but your online profiles will be checked and your ingame skill tested - you know our goals!)
- You usually play on the EU West server and have an appropriate connection to it
- You have a strongly team-orientated (!!) play style, good map awareness- and gamesense - we don't want elitist loners
- You are able to think independently and out of the box; you don’t just “copy” picks and play styles from pros;
- You have ambitions and the will to compete and achieve in a semi-professional environment
- You are not discouraged by a bad streak and search for your mistakes before you blame others
- You don't flame and/or rage
- We are currently searching for all positions from 1 to 5, you should understand every position, but you should be specialized on one. We are also looking for a competent and reliable captain.
