this also seems to bring up another good point/question

it seems sometimes it takes forever for people to load. when i get to actually talk to the person it seems like there is or shouldnt have an issue because they are in us. others you already know that they are out of country and that plays a big factor. How much does the PC play a factor? obviously not talking about a 30 year old computer lol.
