Yes but in the early game of laning against just 1 or 2 enemies you won't really take enough damage to die. Also later on your BKB and +16 armour from warcry should be more than enough to tank up the hits. But obviously if you can snowball then do it. MoM is really a poor person's item.

well, MoM its not a very useful pick, because makes you more vulnerable so i suggest getting some midas, armlet/shadow blade and AC. this should make you snowball out of control.
