The build makes sense but i actually think Razor has one of the easiest attack animations for last hitting, if you take static link on lvl 1 its even easier a d you can make it harder for your opponent to get last its.

Great guide +1 from me. I was thinking maybe you could add a Diffusal Blade to the guide. It would counter very mobile heroes like Death Prophet, Slark etc. It also adds some nice agi stats and int, but I wouldn't go to lvl 2. I dont believe it would stack with other attack modifiers like Desolator though... (correct me if I'm wrong)But like a said, +1 from me!

Well in my opinion, Diffusal Blade won't do much for Razor since you've already got Sange and Yasha for slow. The mana burn is (in my opinion) unnecessary because Razor's atk speed is high but not that "crazy high". And for Slark, DP or other mobile heroes, you just need to use Static Link on them, stick to them and burst them down. You won't find any problem chasing them since Razor is very fast (+ phase boots, ha ha). Thank you for your opinion, I'm thinking of another build with Mask of Madness and Diffusal Blade to nail some Intel heroes. I'll try this build soon.
Have fun!

Vit Nam !
Nice guide bro ! :D
Although I don't see the point going Radiance xD Ethereal Blade can be considered in some special cases though

Just in some rare cases (just sometimes, rarely), Radiance is useful against Heroes with blink dagger or lots of illusions (Phantom, AM, Chaos Knight...), helps you see the real one and counter blink. And Ethreal helps you survive high Physical Damage. (Just rarely)

Why is Deathball dead?
I mean okay we know that early pushing isn't as good as it used to be and late pushing is better now.
But in some rare cases you can still surprise the enemy with a deathball strat that he didn't expect.

I kind of agree with the spirit of the guide, indeed Mekansm/ Aghanim's Scepter Razor is a pushing build that used to fil a very specific meta (deathball push) and since this meta doesn't work anymore it's maybe a bit outdated. So the good old "racecar carry" Razor that runs at permanent 522 movement speed with items like drum, SnY, deso etc is maybe the right way to play him now. Get a ton of early kills and remain a legit late game carry (while mek/Aghs Razor really isn't).

By the way if you're going for racecar carry Razor with damage items you can forget Aghanim's Scepter completely. The only point of Aghs is pushing towers, there's no point in increasing the damage from your ult in your build since you're playing Razor as a right-click heavy hero.

Still...as Timi said, Static Link should always be maxed either first or second, because it's the very reason why the hero is so good in lane. There's absolutely no point in skilling unstable current early except in some extremely specific mid matchups like OD, otherwise skill your passive at lvl 10 or something, max your Q and W first.

Items like Radiance or Ethereal Blade make no sense on the hero though.

Well playstyles varies among players, I've played like that for every Razor match and it worked well for me. Maybe you should try. Thanks for mentioning the lvl 9 point.

I have no problem wit exploring other playstyles, and this seems like a good itembuild for a razor who runs around more and kills stuff as opposed to the conventional deathball push razor.
BUT i will stand by my point that not skilling static link at lvl1 or very situationally in the sidelane level 2 is just plain wrong. With link he becomes THE STRONGEST laner in the entire game. Not getting the skill is like not getting 1 point in neathertoxin on viper, except worse.

The early satanic did catch my interest though, i kinda have my doubts since eye of the stort doesnt lifesteal and his damage isnt that great without high link damage it does give him the ability to prolong the fight.

Also why consider radiance? *shudders*.

You have to click publish again to update the guide by the way. Dont worry it wont double post the guide.

there is nothing wrong with mekanism on razor, he is a lane dominator who tries to get an early advantage and push towers with it. mekanism allows you do do that, and although it is worse now that the manacost is i think you can still use it.

you forgot a point at lvl9 in static link.
i can safely say that your skillbuild is wrong, getting static link at lvl4 i WAAAAAY too late, you should pretty much always get it at lvl1 since that skill gives him all of his lanig power.

while S&Y is usually not great on AGI heroes, it does kind of makes sense on razor since he wants tankyness, but he doesnt benefit that much from yasha since it is mostly an item to boost farm speed.

also where is refresher? aghs refresh is actually insane.
