Yeah all he can really do now is pull top's two camps in succession when he really needs to. Though it's difficult to do and easy to counter, so you will rarely find people doing it.

He was better back when Ion shell stacked, but he can still pull it off in a pinch.

Maybe i am just remembering it wrong but isn't darkseer quite the good level on jungler?
