Vector targeted. Void Spirit dispatches a remnant to the target location. The remnant stands watch over the region, facing the direction of his vector. When a unit crosses its gaze, the remnant pulls it in and damages it.

Activation Time: 0.4
Damage: 70 / 120 / 170 / 220
Pull Duration: 1 / 1.2 / 1.4 / 1.6
Remnant Lifetime: 20

Increases Aether Remnant watch range and only pulls enemy hero units. Other units take 30% damage every 1s that they are in the remnant's path, but the remnant is not destroyed. Decreases cooldown to 2s.
Mana Cost: 75 / 80 / 85 / 90 Cooldown Time: 17 / 15 / 13 / 11
