Impact Damage: 8 / 16 / 24 / 32
Bonus Damage: 8 / 16 / 24 / 32
Duration: 5



Jakiro's Liquid Frost has no mana cost and no longer shares a cooldown with Liquid Fire.
Mana Cost: 20 Cooldown Time: 13 / 10 / 7 / 4
