Omniknight fires his hammer to a target to deal pure damage based on a percentage of his base damage and slows the target.

Damage: 50 / 75 / 100 / 125
Duration 5
Movement Slow: 14% / 22% / 30% / 38%
Cast Range: 350
Projectile Speed: 1200

Allows the Omniknight to be healed for 30% of damage dealt by Hammer of Purity. Every 6 seconds, Omniknight's next attack automatically fires a Hammer of Purity at the target.
Mana Cost: 30 / 40 / 50 / 60 Cooldown Time: 16 / 14 / 12 / 10
