Casting Method:Auto-Cast
Targetting Method:Unit
Allowed Targets:Enemy Units
Adds a freezing effect to Drow's attacks, damaging and slowing enemy movement. Lasts 1.5 seconds and +5 Damage per stack.

Range: 625
Duration: 1.5
Movement Speed Slow: 10% / 20% / 30% / 40%
Damage: 10 / 15 / 20 / 25

Frost Arrows apply a Hypothermia stack to enemies, increasing damage from Frost Arrows and reducing their Health Restoration per stack. If an enemy dies with Hypothermia stacks, they burst and deal damage per stack and slow in an area around it.
Mana Cost: 9 / 10 / 11 / 12
Additional Information
Ice-encased arrows pierce the silence, chilling their victims to the core.

Notes:
  • The slow will not increase by successive casts, it will only be refreshed.
  • It works on siege creeps.

of course they will stack since they are from different sources and are different debuffs.

Do the debuffs between Skadi + Frost arrows stack if you can apply both of them? The unique attack modifiers don't stack, but do the debuffs?
