The best facet on doom lets him buy early stat items and sell them for alot of gold.
Items you will be selling: Bracers, Drums, Midas and Phase boots.
Phase boots and drums - Helps you with chasing enemies and synergises with your passive in dealing more damage with rightclicks.
midas - Synergises with your innate in dealing more damage with rightclicks and keeps your level higher than most enemies.
Sange and yasha- Strong mid to late game item that protects and enables you. Helps you chase enemies and increases your auto attack dps. Sange and Yasha will be swapped to backpack when you get refresher and once DOOM is used will be replacing Octarine until the next DOOM is ready.
Bkb - Replaces bracer. Protects you while you engage on enemies.
Shivas - Replaces other bracer. Keeps enemies close to you after engaging, reduces physical damage and increases yours and your teams magic damage output.
Blink - Replaces drums. Enables blink into war stomp.
Octarine Core - Strong scaling item that improves all of dooms abilities and enables refresher. Swap Sange and Yasha with Octarine when DOOM is ready, once DOOM is used and Refresher is on cooldown replace Octarine with Sange and Yasha.
Refresher orb - Remove 2 heroes from the fight with DOOM. Since you are already 6 slotted replace Sange and Yasha with refresher but do not sell it. Must remain in inventory to cooldown.
Boots of travel - Replaces phase boots.
Aghanims blessing - Final item on doom...
