Ever since the new patch, everyone in competitive and pub games seems to be favoring QW Invoker, which makes me think how good is QE right now. I suppose you could go the standard e-w-q by lv3 to get alacrity for laning, but what do you use after that?

Also, what about certain old QE builds like Euls rush and 3-1-5-3 by lv12 for the early one-shot combo - is it still viable?

You can also get dual forge spirits by lv8 instead of 9 now, but then you can't take alacrity, so I'm not sure how good that'll be. The alternative ofc is getting 3 in q and e then go for Aghs, but I don't think Aghs is a good first item on most Invo builds - you really need some mobility (Force/Blink) and survivability (Urn/Drums/Treads) and even a potential setup item (Euls/Atos?) to play QE well imo.

I'm really confused about how to play that build right now, I guess its much easier to just get early alacrity, phase/urn, max Wex and gank the **** out of people.

You can still last hit with the forged spirit instead of alacrity. Gives you about the same amount of damage, but you lack the attack speed bonus (that is if you want to go QE)
