I wonder if anyone else here faced the problem of failed purchase with no reason in Steam store. Recently I tried to buy One Way Heroics and CS:GO because they are on sale, but Steam just doesn't want to take my money.

Actions I have taken:

Double, triple, over 9000 times checked my information (billing address, VISA card number, etc)
Submitted support ticket, yet to be answered.
Looked for solutions through various of websites, apparently many people had the same problem and such problem has been existed for many years.

I wonder if you guys have any solution to solve my problem. o_o
Any suggestion will be appreciated. :D
