Hey guys! Jake here. I have been a Dota 2 player for 4+ year and although I do not play anymore, I still love the community and watch the tournaments online whenever I can.
I'm a software engineer and am also helping people (specifically gamers and tech professionals) through 1on1 online coaching lose weight, put on muscle and be fitter. I would be thrilled if you could share your 2 biggest challenges/struggles when it comes to losing weight, putting on muscle and overall being in shape. For me it's motivation. I have the sports equipment and time but the hardest obstacle is to start with the workout. Also there are times when I have more energy (mostly in the morning hours) and times when I have less energy (evening). When it comes to playing football with my friends I'm always motivated because it's more fun.
Just for clarification: I'm from India so sport is very important here. Also a new trend in India is sports betting. On https://wetten.com/in/ you can see that a lot of sports betting sites adopted to the Indian betting market.
