Looking for Guild for avarage players no Russians

Hi me and my buddy are looking for a guild since lastly all our games we get matched with either Russians who speak no English and are generally bad or first time gamers with under 20+hours exp which sucks.

We have +200 matched games and are average players.

I lately have being mainly playing support with Disruptor, the others I like to play are Silencer, Bristleback, Huskar, Sven and my nwebs are Drow and Sniper

My buddy likes to play mainly Spirit Breaker but also plays Nature's Prophet, Riki, Invoker and Trent Protector (also goes random)

We play generally from 6pm - 1am East on any given day (depends on work schedule)

Any Guilds you can recommend us ? We are not supper players but at least we don't suck as bad as a Russian (no ofence intended really just a little frustrated with the latests games)
