Hello, my team of 4 members has recently lost our Offlane due to some real life issues and we are looking to replace him with a player who plays in roughly high skill bracket. If you think that is you continue reading.

We have been playing together for roughly 7 months but we've only gotten serious in the last 4 roughly.

Our goals are to enter tournaments and proceed to the highest skill level we can obtain as a team, We are well aware this will take time and you should as well.

We are looking for a player who has good individual skill, but as well you must be able to work well with us as a team. This means team synergy and despite your skill level if there is no synergy then there is no team.

Some things to know and requirements before applying for the Offlane position.
_______________________________________________________________________________________________

We're all fairly mid to aggressive players and we will need someone who fits that personality and play style as well.

Our style is generally cookie cutter in the sense where we try to run team that can win 30-40(45)ish minutes in the game. (Fairly standard for most players and teams)

We are looking for

-someone who is fairly laid back
-Serious enough to make practices (We understand people have things to do, don't freak out)
-Must follow all orders given by captain, regardless if you agree or not
-Use or able to get Mumble and Skype.
-No second guessing calls being made.
-Must be communicative in the game. (I.E. I am losing this lane)
-Have a working mic/head set with out loud feed back and a easily understandable mic.
-English speaking with no heavy accent that would make it hard to understand you.
-Able to act mature when mistakes you made are pointed out to you, we're not here to place blame to insult each other. You see what happened, understand why it happened and how to fix it.
-Able to separate the game (Being called out on things or someone making a mistake) from real life.
-You must be mature enough to admit mistakes that you make.
-Willingness to practice outside of team designated practice times (All pick games) to better your skill with a specific hero or heros.
-Must click with team on a personal level. (We play games together, Torch Light 2, Left 4 Dead 2, you don't need to be our L4D2 buddy, but maintaining a personal relationship outside of DotA2 helps a lot we've found and it is in low to no stress environments.
-Understand that we are accepting of all races, genders, sexual orientations ect ect, Jokes are made at times that are directed towards any of the above. No serious bigotry to sum it up.

We understand that wins do not mean skill level. it does in fact mean you have more experience with the game because you have played more. There is no minimum amount or level you must have obtained but please have some experience.

General Offlane heros you should have some skill with.

We try to stick to the same 3-4 heroes for offlane but you should be able to play all of these heroes or know how they work enough to learn them.

Dark Seer (Probably our most commonly picked up hero across all games)
Natures Prophet (One of our more common pick ups)
Lone Druid
Wind Runner
Clockwerk
Weaver
QoP
Bounty Hunter
Beast Master

Our schedule is currently set. but it was set for the 5 members we had we are willing to rework a few things if the person who fills position cannot make a certain time/day.

All times PST time.

Monday 7-10
Tuesday 7-10
Thursday 7-10
Saturday 6(7)- When ever.

We generally are able to practice quite often and we are extremely flexible in our times for last minute things.

Communication - Outside of Steam

Have a way we can contact you to let you know of something going on. we all have phones and will text but if you don't have one we can work something out.

If you've made it this far, congratulations.

The last part of this is

We're currently 3/4 Canadian. (The "other" guy is from the US.)

We are practicing to get better, we want you to not be awful but we all have things we can improve on and being in high bracket currently we are able to move forward to competitive play.

Please have read everything above as you will have a small casual interview just to make sure you fit everything we need.

If you don't just add me and send me a message and respond here I'm going to assume you can't understand basic concepts and your chances will be cut severely.
