Stats:
+ 60 damage
+ 10 every stat
Passive: Spacetime Warp
The hero gains additional movement speed when attacking.
Movement speed: 15%
Duration: 2 seconds
Active: Time Disruption
Type: No Target
When activated, each hit by the hero will prevent the enemy from casting spells for 2 seconds. Each additional hit will reset the silence duration back to 2 seconds. The buff goes through but is dispelled by spell immunity.
Duration: 4 seconds
Mana cost: 100
Cooldown: 60 seconds
My first item idea! Good on ranged carry heroes, since they can continuously hit their target(s) to maximise the effectiveness of the active. Special mention goes to Ember Spirit, as he can affect multiple enemies with the active at once.
I feel like Time Disruption should have a mana cost, even if it's rather small. Something in the 50-70 range.
There's no earthy way of knowing which direction we are going. There's no knowing where we're rowing, or which way the river's flowing. Is it raining, is it snowing? Is a hurricane a-blowing? Not a speck of light is showing, so the danger must be growing. Are the fires of Hell a-glowing? Is the grisly Reaper mowing?! YES! The danger must be growing! For the rowers keep on rowing! And there's certainly not showing ANY SIGNS THAT THEY ARE SLOWING!
Time Disruption? That's... really good in some cases (think initiators and escape-reliant heroes like Puck, Queen of Pain) and average some cases. The idea is... a bit OP, if you ask me.

Yeah, I made it this way so it'll draw in some balance comments, since I have no idea how to balance items :P. I think I'll reduce the duration to 4 seconds.
