For like a few thousand times, I wish spectre could have a skill that fit her name more. So, I will just switch out some skills and and some in.

Skills:
1. Shade[Q]
Mercurial dissolve into shadows, being untargetable unless already activated before, move with increased speed and ignore impassable terrain. The Shadow would look like a moving spot of The Fog of War, and Mercurial will lose a bit of health for every 100 second in this condition. It also slow enemies that tread on the Shadow. Starting this skill will require the same health as in mana. You can manual toggle this off by pressing Q again. Immune to stuns and slows. You can die from health lost in this skill. Any impact-related skill like Pudge's hook or Clockwerk's hookshot or Invoker's tornado would sail through Mercurial unharmed.

increased speed:10%/15%/20%/25%
Damage per sec: 3%/2.5%/2%/1.5%

Slow:10%/15%/20%/25%
Slow duration:1/1.6/2.3/3

Mana/health:60/53/46/39
Allowed duration:3/4/5/6
Cool down:14/12/10/8

Perfect for chasing! And it stacks fully with Distortion.

2.Desolation[w]
This skill is both passive and active. Passive, it reduce enemies vision, the closer they are, the more vision they lose. It also increase Mercurial's damage by a percentage to enemies that are alone. For the active, it will shut off a target's mini-map, pinging, typing and any other forms of communication. It even remove the target from allies mini-map! It also slow the enemy.
Debuff will NOT show up on enemies screen,

Passive
Vision lost affected area:1400/1500/1600/1700
Vision lose every 100 in:30/32/34/36
Max vision lost:420/480/544/612

Extra damage area:360/340/320/300
Extra damage:15%/21%/27%/33%

Active
Duration:3/4/5/5
Slow:10%/15%/20%/25%

Mana: 70/75/80/85
Cool down:23/20/17/14

Ganking specialist

3.Distortion[passive]
It passively reduce the amount of damage received, and grant a chance to deflect some damage to the caster and nearby enemies.

Damage reduce:5%/10%/15%/20%

Deflect chance:5%/8%/12%/15%
Deflect damage:25%/35%/45%/55%

4.Haunt[ult]
It create a weak copy of Mercurial around all alive enemy heroes, that only they can attack. The illusions are uncontrollable, and Mercurial and take their place at will.

The illusion
Extra damage received:150%/115%/80%
Damage dealt:35%/45%/55%/
Can pass through un-passable terrain in shade form automatically. Benefits from all skills and items.

Mana:160/220/280
Cool down:80/70/60
Duration:7.5/8.5/9.5

Maybe too OP with that high reduction at skill 3 and too Little hp loss at 1 and shut down all Communication and allies mark at the minimap, for a short period maybe but else good!

I nerfed the Distortion a bit, but I disagree that the Shade need any change. While in shade form Mercurial was unable to use any skill and items, or attacking. So this skill is pure chasing and escaping. Thanks for the feed back!

LIke seriously, 100 hp per second? It doesn't scale well with Mercurial and the function is to use it continuously. And at the beginning, Mercurial's health is only 500 or so. One full use at level one = 300 damage. Not so useful at all. I increased the damage she take a bait, but also make it stack with Distortion too. Thats all I would do for now unless someone have a better idea.

Not 100 hp per sec, but she loses hp every 100 seconds of its 6 sec duration just forget this! :]

Maybe it was meant as "hp-loss for every 100 units moved"?
