That's my dream character, which I wanted to present here. Sorry for my english, it's not my native language.

Base HP:549
Base MP:221


Main Attribute:Strength

Str: 21 + 2.9 per lvl
Agi: 18 + 2.1 per lvl
Int: 17 + 1.5 per lvl

Base armor: 3
Movement speed: 290
Vision range:1800/800
Base attack time:1.85


Q - Defensive / Agressive Stance

Solarus gains different bonuses and abilities which depend on current stance.

Defensive Stance:
Solarus wields sword and shield, gaining bonus armor, magic resistance and health

Bonus Armor:2/3/4/5
Bonus Magic resistance:4%/8%/12%/16%
Bonus Health:50/75/125/200

Offensive Stance:
Solarus wields his sword in both hands, gaining movement speed, attack speed and bonus damage.

Bonus movement speed: 20
Bonus attack speed: 15/20/30/40
Bonus damage: 6/12/18/24

W - Holy Light / Sunlight Sword

Holy Light :Solarus emits strong light from his shield, blinding and slowing enemies in front of him.
Blind duration: 3
Damage: 125/175/225/275 (Magical)
Slow: 25%/35%/45%/55%
Slow duration:3,5/4,5/5,5/6 sec
Cooldown:14 sec

Sunlight Sword : Solarus enchants his mighty sword with the power of sun, decreasing magic resistance of his enemies with each hit and gaining lifesteal.

Magic resistance decrease:3/5/7/9% (stacks max.3 times)
Resistance decrease duration:10 sec

E - Solar Attunement[passive]

Every few seconds Solarus deals bonus magic damage on hit.

Magic damage dealt: 25%/45%/65%/75% of Solarus's base damage


Ultimate - Last Wish / Final Judgement

Last wish - Solarus fills himself or allied hero with power of Solar Throne making target unvulnerable to crowd control efects(even the ones which go through BKB) for a short time.

Duration:4/5/6 sec
Cooldown:160/140/120 sec

Final Judgement - After 2 seconds of channeling Solarus charges his sword with power of the sun and unleashes it as a beam of energy dealing heavy magic AoE damage.

Range:1800 units
Beam width:175 units

Important note: Cooldowns are SHARED, even after stance change!

The Concept behind this is OK, but what is the plan? where is the synergy? This hero revolves around two different forms, that each have themes, I get that. But how do his spells work together? the way the forms work, in an in game perspective, you might switch between the two forms fairly often. Obviously the agressive stance is more carry style, and the defensive stance lets you tank more. But the whole swiching-ability thing, when the two only active ability slots have a cooldown of 14 and 120 respectively, you will probably build around one stance the whole game and stay in that stance most of the time. Also, with his Underpowerd spells (mostly solar atunement and Last wish) He might have a proplem doing the job he was ment to.

Also, what is this heroes primary attribute? I would assume strength, but you can correct me.

Main attribute is strength(fixed it), and You are right, he is quite underpowered right now. I was thinking about the cooldown sharing on the abilities, maybe it should be like Troll Warlord's(cooldowns are not shared). I also thought that the passive would synergise well with Sunlight Sword ability. I don't know yet what to do with defensive stance ultimate, probably replace it with something more suitable.
