This is a hero that I based off of a character in Bleach long ago. It's a hero that has a lot of micro and is primarily a split pusher. The hero is very level dependent, and would be probably best sent to the mid or offlane, and it's solo nuke potential is very high allowing him to net early solo kills. However his teamfight presence suffers, albeit his ultimate serves to remedy that a bit, being slightly similiar to Icarus dive but with more nuke potential and without the option to come back. However his primary weakness is his reliance on his frogs for all his damage, making items like blink dagger and force staff slightly less effective on him. He also relies on his frogs to push and nuke down towers, and their inability to move from lane to lane fast enough is a liability. Overall I think the hero is pretty balanced but I'm looking forward to seeing everyone's opinion of him and how I may improve the hero.

First Ability: Spawn Toads
Shriek spawns toad units next to him that have an undisjointable ranged attack. They can use the spell Spawn Leech and deal extra damage to structures. This ability comes with the sub-ability Leech bombardment, which causes all active toads with no cd and enough mana on their spawn leech ability to use spawn leech (this subability costs no mana and has no cd).

Toad Ability- Spawn Leech: Active ability
Spawns a leech that attaches to the nearest enemy unit (prioritizing heroes ) slowing their movement and attack speed by 7% and 10% respectively for each leech stack. Unlimited stacks. Works on structures.
Cast Range: 700
Duration: 7 seconds
Cooldown: 10s
Mana: 100

Second Ability – SHRIEKKKKKK: dmg: magical: psi: no
Shriek shrieks in an area around him, knocking back all units in that area and dealing minor damage. This also causes any leeches attached to enemy units to explode dealing magic damage in an aoe around that unit based on the amount of stacks. Damage affects structures but only does half the damage while only dealing that damage if it is the primary target. After a unit explodes it loses all stacks.

Leech explosion damage per stack: 20/40/60/80
Leech explosion aoe around exploding unit: 200
Mana: 100/110/120/130
Cooldown: 7 seconds

Third Ability: Spirit World Poison – Passive
Shriek’s autoattacks apply a stack of poison that increases all magic and pure damage taken. Effects structures by half and also passively increases Shriek’s mana regen based on his current intelligence. Toads get this ability based on its current level, but not the mana regeneration.
Magic amplify per attack: 1/1.5/2/2.5%
Debuff Duration: 15 seconds
Mana regen bonus as a percentage of current intelligence: 2.5/5/7.5/10%
Max Stacks: 30

Ultimate: Death from the skies!!!: Activated:psi:no
Shriek travels in a straight line to a destination 1600 units in front of him with a movement speed of 800 and hurls bombs down every 200 units that explode in a 250 aoe. Enemy units hit by the bombs are slowed and have a stack of super leeches applied to them, per bomb hit. Super Leeches count as 3 stacks of regular leeches. Shriek can stop the flight anytime (with a subability that temporarily replaces this ability), and the flight can be canceled if interrupted. Shriek can use his items and abilities while mid-flight.

Initial Slow Duration: 1/1.25/1.5 seconds
Cooldown: 120/80/40
Mana: 100
Aghs: Makes this ability hold two charges with a replenish time of 80/60/20 each
