There is a bit of problem with the hero, the hero's Rank up ability is absurd, that flat movement speed bonus is too much like seriously at level 1 you are basically the fastest person that still conforms with the highest movement speed and doesn't break the 550 cap, I know weaponry is the anti-thesis to it sort of the balancer but basically if that is not leveled up you basically will be the fastest unit which is bad. For me, try making it so it's not just movement speed it adds and makes it percentage base, not a flat bonus number. Speaking of which there are many errors in the ultimate, them having targetting mechanics are bad because in that case they should only be one time use before cooldown, basically make it so they are a passive steroid toggle base ability (kinda like Troll's Q) rather than this, if you do still want this try making them as one use item and then a cooldown that you can interchange with a separate button/ability

The "magazines" thing should be renamed to Cartridges(for the Rifle and Sniper), Shells (for the shotgun) and Rockets (for the Rocket Launcher) also rename the Rifle part to Assault or maybe an SMG its confusing for me since the Rifle(which I think you meant Assault Rifle e.g M16 and Ak47) is similar to the Sniper(rifle) both are rifles whose main difference is firing speed and reload mechanism. Also, I like a magazine mechanic where 1 mag can only hold 25 bullets (for the Rifle) this way its a new change apart from the overly used charges (as in with Sniper's Shrapnel) and then there's a reload mechanic, although for me that should be an innate and not a passive because balancing reload times is as bullocks as doing so in FPS titles and even FPS titles are fairly slippy when it comes to balancing reload times (I MEAN HAVE YOU SEEN SLEIGHT OF HAND IN COD) so you should remove the reload bonus on Rank up and have something else or maybe have Rank up as an innate and then have something like going prone if you are in the motif of this as a Modern Day-esque soldier, althouh it will all be to you.
