Rixis, the Dimensional Traveller

Radiant Intelligence
Support/Carry
Base strength: 20(+2.0)
Base agility: 18(+1.8)
Base intelligence: 22(+2.6)
Base armour: 1
Base damage: 60
Movespeed: 300
Attack type: Melee

Lore

Whilst the four gods are busy fighting to protect the connections, some smaller beings decide to use the unguarded lines to cross into other dimensions, often bringing back mementos of their visits, be it weapon, artefact, trinket or even a pet. These men are known simply as the 'Travellers'

One such traveller is Rixis, the oldest and most experienced of them all, constantly eluding the deities that wish to stop his adventuring. Not much else is known about Rixis, other than the items he brings back are not just for show. He brings the strongest and most versatile weapons and items from other dimensions entirely, so why not put them to use in the Battle of the Ancients? Heaven knows he could collect something good.

Skills

Q: Scrying orb (click ground, global, AoE)

An artefact from one of the most hated and rebuked dimensions
when compared to the usual one, this useful trinket can reveal an area
of fog in an AoE for a duration.

Duration: 4/5/6/7
AoE: 300/400/500/600
Mana cost: 100
Cooldown: 18

"Something from the Fields of justice, I think.

W: Daedric Sword (Target ally)

Crafted in a blacksmith in a place known as Tamriel,
this blade is legendary even amongst legends, increasing the
damage and dexterity of the wielder. Rixis may grant this
blade to himself or an ally for a duration. Magic immune
units can be affected.

Bonus damage: 50/60/70/80
Attack speed(+): 60/80/100/120
Duration: 22
Mana cost: 140
Cooldown: 22

"Nice guy, that Dragonborn. Kinda loud though."

E: Ork big Shoota (Target ally)

This weapon is held together by bolts and prayers,
and yet still shoots exactly as it's old race intended it to.
Incredibly loud, but no less dangerous, it turns whoever it
is granted to into a ranged fighter (if previously
melee) for a duration, giving extra attack speed and
damage as well as a critical effect.

Bonus attack speed: 70/90/110/130
Attack range: 675
Bonus damage: 10%
Critical damage: 250%
Critical chance: 25%
Duration: 22
Mana cost: 140
Cooldown: 22

"Waaaaaaaaaagh! Ahaha! Love it!"

R: Nuke (Click ground, AoE)

Crafted in a place known only as 'Earth', this weapon
could tear apart countries with it's initial strike and
the lasting radiation afterwards. Unfortunately, this is
toned down due to the magical atmosphere of our world,
but it still packs one heck of a punch.

Delay before impact: 1.7
AoE: 550(*650)
Initial damage: 200/250/300
Damage over time: 50
DoT duration: 3/3.5/4
Range: 800(*Global)
Mana cost: 250
Cooldown: 70/65/60

"Not the most interesting dimension, but this was a must have."

Meeting Techies:

-"Science? Can't be bothered, ima just steal some."
-"They won't notice if I take one of those mines..."

I love the different references :D

Elder scroll for w presumably and is it warhammer for e? Or is that a misconception?
The Daedric sword could be a bit under powered... Lina's Fiery Soul give 40 attack speed at level one that can be stacked 3 times... 120 attack speed with three stack at level one. And the bonus damage doesn't seem all that much. Maybe instead of base bonus damage it adds % or crit chance %s?

ANyway cool idea!

Lol. I'm glad I got those references right. I would've kicked myself if not :p
And yeah. All in all seems pretty balanced. Just the w seems underpowered. I'm not sure about e either... Maybe still underpowered? The bonus range is good but attack speed and damage might not be enough.

Ahaha. Don't worry, Yzreel will find something if he ever sees this.
