Lore

When the favourite concubine of Maharaja Rajatasingam killed in the Eclipse Assault of Ganavatyam Kingdom, the king had gone mad. The Maharani Suvarnapadma felt insulted for his husband had exhibited an undeniable sign of affection towards the deceased ***** of her odium. Thus she ordered every single lady on the battlefield to retreat and no longer enunciate vow to protect the Kingdom. Let the guys do it; she thought for the blood of the men is less worthy than that of ladies. Almost every blood-thirsty huntress and rogue warrioress obey in defiance and resentment but for the sake of the insane king and the angry queen, they conform. However, Kali flouted the call. She continues the eradication for she know that any act of surrender strengthen the foes. The Maharani is extremely infuriated of her insubordination. She cares not of who she is. What she knew, insolence deserves punishment. For three nights and days the Empress made the call, ordering the valiant damsel to kneel upon her and accept her rightful castigation. For three nights and days itself, the battlefield is cleared from the horde of the damned servants of the demon Raktabija. Until the very moment the queen’s patience had gone thinner than the onion’s skin, Raktabija himself emerged from the very deep chasm of the Naraka Hell. While the demon charged himself towards Kali, the Queen herself set her feet upon the clear battlefield and brought the very Khanda of the Maharaja Rajatasingam to bring down the head of the defiant one. Now she is trapped in the middle. But she fears not for her Khatvanga had proven itself powerful for in a single slash, both heads of the demon and the Maharani severed from the bodies, leaving herself standing as winner; both against the dark side and the Kingdom which its sovereignty itself had already been tainted with absolute contempt of having such Maharaja and Maharani. Some strike her as a traitor while for those who knows, she is actually kind of a hero, a saviour, the only women having hands that shook the world. The Deities above are totally amazed by what they saw. Soon, the deities had reached the finality in their decision where at last, they ascended her to sky to join the Hall of The Gods as one of them.

Skills

Nataraja (R) - She dances following the steps of the deities, sending a sudden burst of energy around her which deals damage to enemy units nearby. The dance itself grants her a great surge of movement speed for 2 seconds.

Level 1 - 110 damage.
Level 2 - 190 damage.
Level 3 - 270 damage.
Level 4 - 350 damage.
Manacost - 100/110/120/130
Cooldown - 15/14/13/12 seconds.
*The dance causes her to move with maximum speed.
*AoE of damage is 200.

She is now one of them.

Khatvanga (V) - Her weapon is extremely powerful. There is a chance that she will do a 100% cleaving attack. Has a cooldown of 4 seconds.

Level 1 - 10% chance.
Level 2 - 14% chance.
Level 3 - 18% chance.
Level 4 - 22% chance.
*AoE of cleave is 175/200/225/250.
The question of the severed heads in a single slash is rather explicable.

Image of Death (E) - She goes invisible, leaving an illusion of hers which takes 3 hits from towers and non-hero units or 1 hit from heroes to destroy. The unit which destroyed the illusion will take damage and slowed for 4 seconds.

Level 1 - 75 damage, 15% slow.
Level 2 - 125 damage, 20% slow.
Level 3 - 175 damage, 25% slow.
level 4 - 225 damage, 30% slow.
Manacost - 90/100/110/120
Cooldown - 20/17/14/11 seconds.
*The damage dealt is pure.
*The illusion last 7 seconds.

For every drop of Raktabija's blood, a new clone of him is formed. Now she is using the very same method but with a much hazardous potency.

Split Identities (T) - Kali splits herself into three separate forms, Dhaksinakali, Mahakali and Kali Ma, each with different power.
Manacost - 150/175/200
Cooldown - 150/130/110
Aghanim Scepter - Increases the strength and power of the split identities. Values in bracket shows the improved ones.
*The split identities lasts 15/17/19 seconds, 20/23/26 with scepter.
*When the spell ends, she will take Dhaksinakali's place. If Dhaksinakali is dead she takes Mahakali's place, and if Mahakali is dead she takes Kali Ma's place.
*Skills that have separate effects for heroes and creeps (such as Enchantress' Enchant) will use the hero effects when targeting the warriors. Skills that affect only creeps (such as Doom Bringer's Devour) or only heroes (such as Witch Doctor's Death Ward) will not affect the warriors.
Mahakali has every aura of the Mother of the Dark (Such as Vlads or Assault Cuirass).
*If Mahakali dies, the auras will move to Dhaksinakali, then Kali Ma. This is true for all items with an area of effect (such as Gem or Magic Wand).

The truth is, the moment she is ascended to the sky, she was ripped into three separate beings, living in one body.

Dhaksinakali
The fiercest of the three. Has three abilities which is Critical Strike, Song of the Goddess and Magic Immunity.

Damage - 35-45(74-84) / 74-84(113-123) / 113-123(152-162) (Piercing)
Hitpoints - 1500(2100) / 2100(2700) / 2700(3300)
Armor - 3 (Heavy)
Movement speed - 330
Sight Range - 1800/800
Attack Range - 150
Base Attack Time - 1.7

Critical Strike - Has the ability to deal greater damage in her hits.

Level 1 - 1.5x critical strike.
Level 2 - 2.0x critical strike.
Level 3 - 2.5x critical strike.

Song of the Goddess - The distracting song of the goddess which has the power to cause a great disturbance to her foes, causing them to miss some of their attacks.
Level 1 - 35% blind.
Level 2 - 45% blind.
Level 3 - 55% blind.
Manacost - 75/85/95
Cooldown - 20 seconds.
*AoE is 750/850/950
*Lasts 10 seconds.

Magic Immunity - She is immune towards all mean of magic.

Mahakali
The greatest of all three. Has two abilities namely Horror Aura and Shield Aura.

Damage - 41-47(62-68) /62-68(83-89) / 83-89(104-110) (Piercing)
Hitpoints - 1300(2000) / 2000(2700) / 2700(3400)
Armor - 4 (Heavy)
Movement speed - 522
Sight Range - 1800/800
Attack Range - 600
Missile Speed - 1200
Base Attack Time - 1.5

Skills

Horror Aura - The Grand Goddess is so frightening that her presence weakens the foes. Reduces attack damage of nearby enemy units.

Level 1 - 15% damage reduction.
Level 2 - 35% damage reduction.
Level 3 - 55% damage reduction.
*AoE of Aura is 900.

Repellent Aura - A protective aura around her which disallows any unit to get any closer to her. Creates a 200 AoE barrier around her.

Kali Ma
The most benign and lovely form of her. Her presence soothes nearby allies with her Healing Radiance.

Damage - 50-55/80-85/110-115/140-145 (Piercing)
Hitpoints - 900/1500/2100/2700
Armor - 5 (Heavy)
Movement speed - 295
Sight Range - 1800/800
Attack Range - 600
Missile speed - 1000
Base Attack Time - 1.5

Skills

Healing Radiance - The radiance of her heals nearby ally units.

Level 1 - 2% of max hp per seconds.
Level 2 - 3% of max hp per seconds.
Level 3 - 4% of max hp per seconds.
*AoE of heal is 900.

Well, I really like how much thought and time was put into this hero. The ulty is too much of a direct copy of Brewmaster. Plus the ulty is way too stronk. First off, all of the ulty forms have so much health, and one heals 4% of max hp, so they never die, and the most dangerous of the three has the highest movement speed and health. I don't think a percentage chance of cleave has any utility either. You can't farm on a 22% chance. I think the skill is either under percentaged or needs to be changed entirely. Just my opinion
