WARNING, LONG AS F**K

Jakiro, the twin headed dragon. An awe inspiring name however once you play him you find hes not as cool as he sounds. Dont get me wrong, the current jakiro can still ruin peoples lives early-mid game, but his ultis underpowered and his skillset doesnt seem to make much use of his dual natures and focuses too heavily on fire. Its quite rare to see a jakiro pick these days and I wanted to bring him back to a better ganker/support role.
This is still a work in progress but I wanted to hear peoples thoughts on the matter, I am aware that this rebuild may sound op but all up it should round out.

Stats
Original
Str 24+2.3
Agi 10+1.2
Int 28+2.8
Dmg 46-54

new
Str 26+2.2
Agi 10+1.2
Int 24+3.0
Dmg 44-52

Justification

Mainly rebalancing, jakiros a dragon, surely he deserves a little more earlygame survivability from more base strength, countered by slightly lower growth to give you a similar end game. Slightly lowered base damage for rebalance and lowered base intelligence but higher growth means in the long run you end up with slightly more, giving him better scale.

Skills

Jakiros skills focus too much on his fire and leave his ice underloved, this is an attempt to bring the Twin heads to twin headed dragon.

Original Q
dual breath

Dmg 35/70/105/140
Dot 5/10/15/20
Move Slow 30%
Attk Slow 20%
duration 4s
mana cost 135/140/155/170
cd 10s

new Q
fire breath

dmg 90/160/230/300
mana cost 130/140/150/160
cd 10

Notes: basically dragon knights breath fire rescaled and higher mana cost.

Original W
Ice path

Stun 1/1.33/1.66/2
Mana cost 75
Cd 16/15/14/13

New W
Ice path

Stun 1/1.33/1.66/2
Mana cost 130
Cd 16/15/14/13
Move Slow 30%
attk slow 20%

notes: slow lasts 2 seconds after stun all levels, slow halved after 1 second. Higher mana cost to counteract better ability. makes sense as there is no way you should be able to move perfectly after just being frozen.

original E
liquid fire

passive

duration 5
DPS 10/15/20/25
Attk slow 20/30/40/50 %
Cd 20/15/10/5
Splash 175

New E
Second wind

passive

(description: when jakiro breaths an elemental breath, his second head will contribute its own elemental effect addind either fire or ice to the original attack. Unusable with dual breath)

(if using firebreath)
Attk slow 10/20/30/45 %
Move Slow 10%
Splash 175
Duration 3s

if using ice path)
Dot 10/15/20/25
Splash 175
Duration 5s
Splash can catch buildings

Notes: this sounds more like an ability a twin headed dragon would have, adding an extra bite to his other skills while replacing his original passive to try keep him balanced. I was thinking of adding this ability to his ulti too but balance is the key, not OPness.

Original R
Macropyre

DPS 100/140/180(scepter DPS 125/175/225)
Duration 7
Flamestrikes 6 (scepter 9)
Radius 225
Range 900 (scepter 1350)
Manacost 220/330/440
Cd 60s

New R
Dual breath

(description: jakiros heads unite in the ultimate storm of fire and ice, freezing and burning all before them)

Channel time: 1s

Move slow 45/50/55 %
Attk slow 30/35/40%
Duration 6 (scepter 7)
DPS 125/180/230(secpter 145/200/250)
Radius 275
Range 900 (scepter 1350)
Manacost 250/370/490
Cd 110 (scepter 70)

Notes: works as a mix of macropyre and dual breath (dual macropyre?) ice goes down first followed by firestrikes. 1 second channel helps balance out skills power by giving a chance to stun him get out of the way.

I was always disappointed THDs ulti didnt incorporate ice, it seemed to defeat the purpose to me, anyway macropyre was rather weak for an ulti, no-one was gunna stand in it the full duration and it wasnt easy to keep them in it to deal the damage. Now with skills that synergise well people should fear the twin headed dragon when protected by his team, yet be able to squash him while alone, like a usual support character.

Thankyou for taking the time to read and please let me know what you think or if you have anything to add.
