Hello and welcome to another hero idea... So basically I think it is best if I explain why this hero should be added and what he would do... SO basically I will tell you what I am trying to shape out of this rough idea!

[*] Concept:

Scurry... well the name tells alot now doesn't it? Well scurry is a forager... A forager collects so basically Scurry is the collecter of... STUFF. Playing Scurry you will want to be VERY cautious since he WILL be squishy, Sneaking around and collecting anything to create something new! Reduce your deaths Reuse other's junk Recycle for the win! Okay now that was cheesy...
Scurry has a Recycle ability, it gains charges that do not go away till used. Certain amount of charges allows a certain weapon or thing to be made! Its like Invokers recipe list :D . Little bit of this little bit of that and... WHAM you have a sentry and observer ward combo thing... I think you get the idea.Scurry gains Science charges from enemies casting abilities close to him, he can gain charges from anything dying, He gains charges from activating runes aswell!
Anyway I will explain more further on:

Type:Passive (Charge gain)
When a rune is activated near Scurry, A unit dies near Scurry or an ability is used near Scurry, he gains charges that last until they are used!
Range: 1800

Type: -Click to activate-
Creates a ability to make something based on amount of charges
Mana used to make prototype: 150/150/150
Cooldown: 3/2/1 seconds
Level 1: Allows Prototype 1-3
Level 2: Allows Prototype 1-5
Level 3: All charge costs are 1 charge less and Prototype 1-5+ are allowed
Level 4: All charge costs are 1 charge less and Prototype 1-5+ are allowed, making something has a chance to heal 100 health/mana 15% chance
Prototypes:

1.Peeker Ward - 4 Charges used (Peeker Ward is a sentry and observer ward combined but is not invisible)
2.Artificial Courier - 6 Charges used (A-Courier can only carry 2 items but can activate rockets to gain MASSIVE speed! Dies in 1 hit)
3."PewPews" - 8 charges used (PewPews are serpant wards that gain overdrive ability, which adds +50 attack speed and ministuns on hit. Overdrive duration: 5 |Cooldown: 20
4.DUCKBomb - 10 charges used (DUCKBomb can be thrown dealing 500 damage and knockback in a 800 AOE raduis)
5.... Feel free to suggest more.. He only has this ability and ulti the others are passive!

NOTE___________________________________________________________________________________
Fast Invoker like reflexes allow you to every 1 second throw a bomb,make a ward and totally walk over enemies! Not micro... maybe... Spamcro?

Hidden arts...
Type:-Passive-
When Scurry's health is lower than 15% of the max health he has a chance to reveal his secret arts...
~Level 1: 25% chance to become invisible for 5 seconds , 10% chance to gain speed (rune effect) 5% chance to do the Berry Bush Bomber (Knockback for 1800 AOE around him stunning enemies for 2 seconds)

~Level 2: 25% chance to become invisible AND gain +30 health regen for 5 seconds , 20% chance to gain speed (Rune effect) 10% chance to do the Berry Bush Bomber

~Level 3: 40% chance to become invisible for 5 seconds AND gain +40 health regen for the duration , 30% chance to gain speed (rune effect) 15% chance to do the Berry Bush Bomber (Knockback for 1800 AOE around him stunning enemies for 2 seconds)

~Level 4: 50% chance to become invisible for 5 seconds and gain +40 health regen for the duration , 45% chance to gain speed (rune effect) 20% chance to do the Berry Bush Bomber (Knockback for 1800 AOE around him and stunning enemies for 2.5 sec.)

Harvest Festival
Type:-Activated on click-

When activated Scurry goes into a foraging frenzy! Giving him MASSIVE speeds and allowing him to gain a charge for every unit he moves through, for the duration no mana is used , all abilities are free of manacosts.
Duration: 5/10/15(*20)
Cooldown: 120/100/80(*40)
~Level 1: MAX. Speed , 1 charge per unit he walks through , Phase effect (walk through units) , No mana used for this duration

~Level 2: MAX. Speed , 2 charges per unit he walks through, Phase effect (walk through units) , No mana used for this duration

~Level 3: MAX. Speed , 3 charges per unit he walks through, Phase effect (walk through units) , No mana used for this duration

*Aghanims decreases cooldown and increases duration*

NOTE____________________________________________________________________________________
MAX. Speed is the same speed as Lycantrhope Wolf form speed

Lore: Born into the family buisiness, a forager for a great goblin army. Scurry is to date the fastest, craftiest,sneakiest farmer and forager on the Fruhloin fields. No one knows much of him...But he loves the Enviorment and is a major go for going green!

Interesting idea for a hero. Exceptionally utility, and situational. Would actually be an amazing support, having his own wards. If they are placed high on a cliff the enemy would need a ward of their own or Blink on top to be able to destroy them.

Few things :

What procs Hidden Arts? Is it a per-second check, or when he is attacked? And does it have a cooldown or does it active constantly? 50% chance to stun AoE for 2.5 seconds is quite OP if you ask me.

Oh, and : 4.DUCKBomb - 10 charges used (DUCKBomb can be thrown dealing 500 damage and knockback in a 800 AOE raduis)

500 damage for every one second (if you have for instance 50 charges, which is highly possible considering how quickly he can gain charges through skills and units dying around him), is 2.5k damage AoE in 5 seconds. ;P A tad overpowered methinks.

Nerfs : Only gain charges on skills used, and heroes dying.
: Hidden Arts procs when attacked while HP is lower than skill dictates, but has a 30 sec cooldown.
: DuckBomb uses all charges, dealing 30 damage per charge consumed.

Btw, how do you choose which Prototype skill to use?
