(More explanation for the lore -> The village.

Gull, the Enlightened Creep.


Radiant Strength
Base strength: 23(+2.4)
Base agility: 20(+2.0)
Base intelligence: 19(+1.8)
Base Damage: 55-60
Base armour: 2
Movespeed: 300
Attack type: Melee

Lore


Thread had seen the closure signs of his village. It was inevitable; the builders had been around that very morning making plans for the land.
"One more innovation. One more experiment to save the village."
Such thoughts buzzed around his head, beating on his mind like a cloud of enraged wasps.
"My funding was cut recently, and I only have a shipment of creeps to work with. A bunch of mindless, worthless figh-......" and then it came to him, like a ray of sun after days of torrential rain.

The weeks to come would make many people question the odd noises and sparks coming from behind Thread's door, often with muffled curses mixed in.

He stood proudly in front of his creation, ready to give it the test that so many subjects had failed before. The test that would prove whether the creep really could think for itself. It was a simple question, one tiny question that no other creep could ever answer.
"My name is Thread. May I ask what yours is?"
"My name?...My name is...Gull."

Skills



Q: Serrated blade (passive)

Gull's attacks apply a stack of 'bleed' to his
enemy, dealing minor damage over time and a miniscule slow.
The stacks cap at a certain amount, and these stacks supplement
his other abilities. Each new stack added replenishes the duration
of previous stacks.


Max stacks: 3/4/5/6
DoT per stack: 10/11/12/13
Slow per stack(%): 1/2/3/4
Stack duration: 2.5/3/3.5/4

Gull's blade was gifted to him by Thread, that he
may defend his village from any threat.


W: Lunge (click enemy)

Gull dashes forward to a target enemy, dealing
damage and decreasing the target's armour for a duration.
For every stack of Serrated Blade on the target before this
ability is used, the armour decrease is increased by 1. If
this ability deals a killing blow, the cooldown
is refreshed.


Damage: 125/150/175/200
Armour decrease: 2/3/4/5
Duration: 3/4/5/6
Cooldown: 14/13/12/11
Mana cost: 100/90/80/70

Thread trained Gull in the art of advanced swordplay,
allowing him carefully aim his thrusts


E: Lead the weak (target ally creep)

Gull's makes an ally melee creep follow him around,
counting as a summoned unit. Each controlled creep gains
bonus damage, health, armour and speed. Cannot be used
on mega creeps.


Maximum creeps: 1/1/2/2
Bonus health: 175/200/225/250
Bonus damage: 20/30/40/50
Bonus speed: 20/22/24/26
Bonus armour: 4/4.5/5/5.5
Cooldown: 30
Mana cost: 100/125/150/175

Normal creeps are willing to throw away their
lives to protect the best of their kind.


R: MEGA CREEP! (active)

Gull gives in to his old self, gaining a
large damage, health and health regen buff. Whilst
this ability is active, all controlled creeps gain
Serrated Blade, but the damage for each of their stacks
is set to 7, and the slow percentage to 1%.


Duration: 20/25/30
Damage bonus(%): 80/140/200
Health bonus: 1/1.5/2 for every 2 points of strength.
Health regen bonus: 8/10/12
Cooldown: 100/95/90
Mana cost: 200/250/300

Probably OP, but it ws just an idea in my head. Plus I hadn't written down an idea in a while.

I tinks the DoT for bleed as a tad high.

Helloooooo Smuggels! I am back :D.


Like sofa, I think that Serrated Blade deals too much damage. 25 x 6 = 300 damage per second without any cost plus a 7 x 6 = 42% slow equals OP.

Lunge is just right. It would be overpowered if the duration were longer.

Lead the Weak sounds like an interesting ability. +28 speed isn't much, though. I think that the creeps' speed should be the same as Gull's. Anyway, this ability gives him a ton of lane control and would be really useful in any lane.

Mega Creep is a steroid, nothing much to comment about.
