I haven't found something new here, but maybe some new players haven't found this yet.

DotaCinema is a youtube channel that does spotlights on certain heroes, explaining all their abilities and how they work. For a new player, they may not be too confident to try a certain hero only because they are unsure exactly what they do. You may not be able to fully understand a hero just from the text in their abilities, so with these videos you can get a clear view of how any given hero operates.
