Wat. How is Spirit form and borrowed time NOT passive?

EDIT: Borrowed Time activates passively. Spirit form with Agh's (I specified) is passive.

To be honest this list is a list of the weakerst ulti's in the game. Warpath and Reincarnation are decent, the other ones are horribly weak. Drow ulti is OK on a 625 range AGI hero like Drow but is garbage on essentially any other hero in ability draft.

Where is grow!? Where is Juxtapose? Where is multi cast? These are pretty good.

Juxtapose especially is pretty insane. Personally I'd vote for that one. Just get it in ability draft with a skill like Desolate :)

Actually, Warpath is garbage too on almost any hero except Bristleback himself.
