Suggestion: Mid receives defensive component cost reduction

The only way for the game "DEFENSE of the ancients" to truly live up to it's name is if there was some advantage to the mid heroes only which allowed them to purchase the defensive components that reduce the damage type which the opponent team does most of.

But the way that it would have to work is that this would be a buff provided within the range of mid lane towers only, and just like the armor buff. Also, you have to be the only one under and in the mid tower's range in order to get the % cost reduction of the defensive components of a particular type.

Maybe it's even possible for an enemy team to do mostly pure damage, or if that even became the circumstance then the cost reduction would apply to life regen items. Or maybe life regen items for mid would heal a % more.

Some might see this as some kind of conservative restriction, but it actually would be liberating because you could have more strengths and melees mid.
