I just noticed that Riki's Cloak and Dagger can miss against evasion. Like, even on a backstab, the attack misses completely, zero damage is dealt.

The tooltip clearly says "bonus damage from backstab can't be evaded".

Sounds like a bug to me. Did you remember how it worked before Riki's rework?

This kind of sucks for the hero. I always thought he could skip Monkey King Bar completely.

I have had it miss a few times. I never really read the tool tip however. But, since it has happend juat a few times, maybe it is a glitch.
Surprisingly, I have never had an attack miss during his ultimate however.
