Instead of increased attack and cast range of impetus...
-The Closer an Enemy is, the less mana cost of impetus which corresponds with the damage output, and even closer then attack range converts in to % mana steal up to the max damage of impetus at closest range.
No need for attack range anymore with storm pike in the game
Stop with your horrible anti-intellectual dame design redundancies
Honestly the biggest problem with impetus is its spell classification
So scepter either needs to allow impetus to pierce silence, particularly that of MOM
Or being a spell, needs to apply a double strike like an echo saber
This hero has been inferiority weak for far too long, and no one is taking note
The effect of echo saber for impetus is fine since you pay accordingly the amount of mana, just make it so that this effect doesn't proc when there isn't enough mana to use it
