multiple dagons or multiple shivas guards, any of these items with magic damage should not have a shared cooldown when used

Why?

Because magic damage drops off in to the late game anyways....

Think about it... You're a support trying to play a support nuker role

If you have no escape then you simply have to play on your side of the river

Playing defensively with magic damage implies playing for the late game and farming

So you end up screwing yourself

I say they should put a minimum % limit to how much life you can nuke off of someone using items though

Say it was 5%

So you can't finish someone off with a dagon or shivas capped at 5% minimum life or something, it must be done with your own spells

But it makes sense anyways because supports aren't suppose to be getting the last hit like that

think about what makes Tinker so strong in the lategame. And rethink what you are suggesting

Ah cooldown reset

exactly my point though that there should be a limit of damage when they reach a minimum of life

every role in Dota 2 has a time when they shine... Carry heroes have a tough time in the start so that they can CARRY in the late game.

Supports on the contrary SUPPORT the team in the start so that some one from their team can CARRY them to victory... SIMPLE
