I'm going to sound real stupid here but I can't seem to figure out how to allow my friends to watch my games, I can download my own and watch them but I have no Idea how to link them to my friends to watch them. If anyone could tell me how I would be so happy.

Go to your match history, find the match and send the match ID to your friends. Once your friends have the match ID, they have to go to WATCH -> Recent and type the match ID there to find the match.
