How do I import my guide to Dota 2 on steam?

I have created a guide that I want to use in Dota 2. But there seems to be no button for importing it. I read another thread where they said you have to manually import it, how do I do that? I can't find any way to create a guide on steam, cuz it doesn't give me any options for adding items for the build?
