Can't Find Folks!

So as some of you know, my team, REKT currently has 3 players and we've been looking for 2 more. I've posted on a number of forums as well as searched my school and friends' schools. However, I can find no one who A.Wants to join a team, B.Is good enough to join a team, C.Is nice enough to compete in a team environment. If Smuggels, or, anyone really, has insight on how to recruit it would be appreciated!

A. I want to join a team
B. I'm good enough to join a team (I hope so...)
C. I think I'm nice enough to join a team

D. I'm not allowed to join a team

Well I dunno, can I add you? if you Re looking around 3.5/4k offlaner, I'm there! And I am pretty damn sure I am nice enough to be on a team

Well yeah, if you're okay with 2.6k 15 year olds then my steam is REKT.W1sd0m. In all honesty though me and REKT.Squashauge both belong around 3.5k. Also, we play on US East servers.

One thing I notice in general about teams looking for players is that...they aren't really offering anything. There are quite a lot of threads saying looking for X position, X MMR/hours played/etc. required, must be friendly and communicate, etc.

Try setting yourself above the rest:

• include your Team's logo in the recruitment thread if you have one (if you don't, then try making one AND MAKE IT AWESOME!!!!)
• Tell people a bit about your Team, do you enjoy certain Strats? Do any of your Teammates have a Signature Pick? Maybe add a quick bio about the existing Team members.
• Give them an idea of what a game is like in your Team, tell them about that time you rekt a team, queued up again, and rekt the same team all over again after they banned every single Hero you picked last game, etc.
• Do you have any goals as a Team? e.g. reaching X MMR, participating in an upcoming tournament, etc.
• What do you do as a Team? Will there be scrims? How many games do you intend to play each week? What VoiceOP do you use? etc.

B. I'd be good enough if I worked at it
C. I'm definitely nice enough

D. I'm busy with schoolwork and I already play on a competitive TF2 team.

Again, Fedorable is the most unique person ever.
