I have been experiencing crazy 1000+ms ping with 50% or more packet loss on dota on and off and was wondering if anyone else has that issue? I'm on a wifi network but it isn't the problem cause I pinged it and got like 1ms. I'm using closest region servers and normally didn't have this issue previously. IF anyone got a fix please let me know.
