Due to the fact that there is always a team, one or the other, that was the inferior picked team.

All the other team has to do is manage to have a few lucky scenarios where their dominant pick carry gets a few kills where yours does not or lucky kills on your carry and if they make it to bkb, there should be no reason that the game is not over.

This is why I put "think (HH)" in the title

You should be able to cast Heavens Halbred on yourself to give yourself or an ally 100% evasion for a period of time, or atleast very high evasion....

Then BKB would not have to be changed

If not... then bkb would have to be like.... Spell Immunity with Reduced Armor, or "Removes Evasion"

I'll finish this one off with...

Just compare oracle's fates edict to bkb...

Fates edict costs mana, has to disarm and then ultimately grants 100% magic resist only with out spell immunity....

the conclusion is pretty simple...

Was fates edict suppose to be better or bkb worse?

Was fates edict suppose to reduce cooldowns by 75% for the period of time?

Or was bkb suppose to reduce evasion by 75%

Not saying the numbers are exactly right, just pushing through the concept

Heavens Halbred could disarm your ally and give them 100% evasion familiar to fates edict, but of course doesn't even do that
