Hello,

How to make that sounds always would be on in windows mode. Now if i use cursor from dota2 to other software, sounds disapears, maybe someone knows?

Now to make windows mode in Set Launch Options i use this:
-windowed -w 1020 -h 800 -novid

I think you can find in the Settings -> Audio tab something called "Sound while alt tab", turn that on.

I think that might fix your problem.
