Now it gives constant 25 mana burn per hit regardless of the levels.

Also Agi Gain needs to be fixed to 20/35 on levels 1 and 2 of diffusal Blade.
Recipe cost now 700 instead of 850.

You also need to mention the lifesteal interaction of diffusal, in ad much that you can lifesteal off of it and it doesnt add up into the crit multiplier.
