-Valdar in response to whoever that says his ability is a coward trick.

Valdar is a traveler of worlds who constantly shift dimensions in search of power, in hope to become an unstoppable force one day. He is able to choose his magical or physical self to be transported back to his home to gain increased power. Should an enemy try to ambush his presence, he puts a curse on enemy that causes them to move awkwardly between the fabric of space. Even when an enemy successfully escape the curse, they still have to deal Valdar’s passive which allows him to counterblast enemy’s attack. Valdar’s ultimate enables him to visit an ally from another world to grant him and an ally a temporary but powerful buff.

Able to constantly teleports Valdar’s presence between worlds, he gains a passive evasion that increases strength every time he evades an enemy’s strike. Active: Release a powerful seismic wave that shakes the enemy, briefly stunning and deal damage based on strength attribute.

Passive evade stops when max evade count reached. Evasion does not stack with other source and will ignore it completely. Resets counter to 0 after the seismic wave is released and simultaneously loses gained Strength.

His adversaries always find themselves in exhausted condition, countlessly tried to put him down but to no avail. Valdar not only increases his strength, but return their efforts in the most vile way.

Transport Valdar’s body back to his origin world while leaving his soul behind, entering Magical Form. Magical Form enables Valdar to tap into his greater magic abilities, amplifying his magic damage and multiplies it but decreases his magic resistance. Magical shift transfers strength point to intelligence point. Shares cooldown with Physic Astral Shift.

Valdar's spell damage will not be amplified if the intelligence threshold is not meet. The spell amplify stacks additively with other sources. Spell amplification comes first, then the total damage will be multiplied.

Valdar’s ability to split his soul and body to gain greater abilities always amuses his allies. Truly one of a kind.

Channeled: Brings an ally to a world where lives Valdar’s acquaintance, the joined ally and Valdar as well gain increased health and magic resistance. Also deals damage on departure (physical damage) and arrival (magical damage). If enemy receive both damage, a heavy stun is applied. If the ability ended prematurely, the buff will not be received and the stun is not applied.

Bringing an ally is not compulsory. Completely phased out of the world during duration, leaving Valdar and joined ally unharmed. Can not bring along an ally with magic immunity. Prematurely ended Travel still applies dispel and both departure and arrival damage.

Discovered while traveling with his mission to gain greater strength, the realm of Immortals, grants the visitor of the realm increased will to tolerate pain. One of precious realms Valdar decides to leave unharmed not because the content of the world, but it’s resident who seems to be undefeatable. Valdar decides that the mortal shall be his friend, in case if Valdar finally meet his match.

Valdar the Realm Conqueror

To make things straight, Valdar is not an easy hero to play with. But with precise decision on whether which form he should be, Valdar can be quite unstoppable if taken lightly. His evasion passive can be converted to a physical nuke active ability. One of his debuff ability causes enemy to enter "confused" state, going around on different location. This cursed enemy does not necessarily disabled, as they still be able to cast spell but with fatal consequence. To push Valdar's potential to the maximum limit, players must understand the mechanism of changing attribute according to situations and needs. On physical form, he increases his physical damage and has a chance to deal critical damage while in his Magical Form, he amplifies his spell damage. One of Valdar's specialty is to make an ally or more become stronger, as his ultimate allows Valdar and an ally to increase health and magic resistance. This indicates that Valdar is superior against heroes that only rely on nukes. With Valdar, it's either gain massive strength to pack a punch or gives up physical body and shifts to magical form to deal massive nuke.

August 6; A change log has been made to indicate the buffs that have been applied to Valdar. This is due to his skill set which seems to be weak at early game. Version 1.01 includes;

A hero portrait and ability icons have been added to the concept. It helps to visualize the appearance of the character which is inspired by the X-men Nightcrawler hero concept art. I used red and blue to indicates that this hero manipulates Strength and Intelligence attributes to his power. I also re-structure the skill information section to resemble the original DotA 2 skill info so that people have better approach and understanding. Hope you guys like the hero that I create and perhaps vote for it. Thanks.
