The Imp

Summary

A mischievous trickster, the Imp makes life difficult for his opponents by forcing them into situations they would rather avoid. Remain elusive and confuse adversaries with Slip Strike while laying down Dark Veils, turning catching or escaping him a monumental task. Jinx reduces the durability of melee aggressors and increases his own durability against ranged ones, compelling the latter to forsake positioning and risk their life if they wish to take him out. Of course, they can just focus his allies instead but once the Curse of the Glade is laid down, Skald becomes a threat that simply cannot be ignored. Seemingly close yet just always out of reach, the Imp prefers nothing more than toying with his prey before finishing them off.

Slip Strike
Blink to a point, marking his original location for 3 seconds.

His next attack during this time deals bonus damage and returns him to the mark.

Bonus Damage: 100, 150, 200, 250

Catching an Imp is an endeavour best left unattempted.

Notes
Dark Veil
Lay down a ring at his current location for 6 seconds.

Enemies who leave it are slowed for 1 second while enemies who enter it take damage over 1 second.

Be careful where you tread when facing a spirit of mischief.

Jinx
Attacking or being attacked jinxes the target for 3 seconds.

Affected enemies take more damage while close to him and deal less damage to him while further away.

Those unfortunate enough to meet Skald somehow find themselves even unluckier than before.

Curse of the Glade
Emit an aura that prevents nearby enemies from damaging his allies.

Enemies will become immune to this if they damage him enough while cursed.

Even the purest of spells, such as this blessing of protection, can be twisted for darker purposes.
