Lore:

The once prosperous city of Athens had decided to adopt an owlet found outside their city walls.
The owlet was loved by the people and given the name Minerva as well as a tower on top of the library where the owlet could hone her intellect. As the years passed Minerva had became a renowned scholar but unbeknownst to the world Minerva's memory had been failing her. It started with seconds but quickly grew to hours and days until eventually Minerva woke up to her city in ruins, all that was left was the tower above the library. In shock of the event, Minerva secluded herself in her tower vowing to restore her memory and find out what happened in her city.

Playstyles:

Standard
I imagine the standard build for this hero would be played as a farm heavy core focusing on farming with "Violent winds" and only taking fights when her ulti is off cooldown. Using either items like S&Y to stick to heroes or radiance to deal massive damage while being difficult to kill because of her ulti.

Aghanim
I don't think this would be a common item to purchase because it can't be used with her regular ulti, but I think this could work as a risky glass canon build or as a late game pickup because of how well it scales with other items.

Utility
I tried to limit the effectiveness "Violent winds" as a control spell because I was uncertain of how strong it would be to have a tanky support being able to vacuum enemies from an AoE of 700 but with the need to have ulti up for the spell to work I think the hero could work as a balance between team fighter and lane dominater applying "Viscous feathers" on enemies for harass.
